Compounded medications are not covered by insurance. If your provider has prescribed a commercially available hormone medication, Val Vista Pharmacy accepts most insurance plans for those. We also accept HSA and FSA cards directly, and can provide itemized receipts if your plan requires you to submit for reimbursement.
