Softgel (fish gelatin, vegetable glycerin, and purified water), GRAS enteric coating (ethylcellulose, sodium alginate, purified water, medium-chain triglycerides, oleic acid, vegetable stearic acid, and ammonium hydroxide), and mixed natural tocopherols.
Take one softgel daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. The enteric coating on this softgel is designed to minimize any fish-oil aftertaste by allowing it to pass through the stomach and open in the intestinal tract. Taking it with a meal is still recommended to further support absorption and tolerability.
Because Super Omega-3x delivers three times the EPA and DHA absorption per softgel compared to conventional fish oil, you’re getting the equivalent omega-3 exposure of a much larger dose of a standard supplement in a single daily capsule. If you’re transitioning from a conventional fish oil product, one softgel of Super Omega-3x is the right daily dose, not one-for-one with your previous capsule count.
